most people measure their lives in months or years. 

i measure mine in playlists...

some pieces write themselves.

while others take weeks. months. years.

words / ideas simmering away.

in the background. while we get on with life.

.....

i started writing Canberra (in playlists) last year. 

but didn't finish until a week ago.

felt 'right', i suppose.
