Feature: Anything But Quiet

I'm so happy to announce (rather belatedly) that I'll be one of two Bloggers-in-Residence for Capital Letters, blog of the ACT Writers Centre, for the next three months. Thanks ACTWC!!!

You can (re)live the amazing-ness that is National Young Writers' Festival in my first post here.

Other highlights of the week

1. Stumbled across this brilliant essay 'What She Could Not Tell Him' on first love, fear and healing by Fiona Wright at 1.30am (Monday morning) and kept reading...

2. Saw Benjamin Law speak about his book Gaysia. Engaging and hilarious, as always.

3. Found inspiration on a Wednesday night at Words on a Wire, live storytelling scored by musicians and sound designers. Local talent: Digby Tomes, Fossil Rabbit, Ruth O'Brien.

3. Creative Non-Fiction Festival (and ramen in Sydney). Thanks NSW Writers' Centre and Benjamin Law for a jam-packed day of new ideas, insight and #protips. Still processing it all...
