Writing, writing, writing...

It's 11:30pm on a Thursday night... I've just completed one essay and I'm part way through my second. I'm not completely happy with my first essay. I know it's not the best I've written but it will have to do... I have neither the time nor energy to re-write it... My focus has shifted to completing the second!

Can't wait to have the time to bake again...

This post will an extremely short one as I need to wake up early for the train to Stockholm tomorrow! Despite my lack of sleep and mildly stressed state of mind, I can't help feeling a little excited about spending the weekend in what promises to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world...
